Step 2: Questionnaire:
We’ll send you a simple questionnaire to understand your technology landscape and map out the migration steps. This is a quick and easy process.
Step 3: Pre-Migration Simulation:
Upon acceptance, we’ll run a pre-migration simulation while ensuring your data is safe and archived. We carefully check the integrity of your data.
Step 4: Full Migration:
Once the pre-migration test is successful, we’ll carefully plan and schedule the full migration with you. We aim to minimise downtime and the cutover typically takes only a few hours.
Step 5: Mini Training:
We’ll provide a mini-training session (approximately one hour via remote connection) to orient your users on the navigation and new user interface. Why should I migrate to the cloud version?

Is my data secure in the cloud?

The full migration typically takes a few hours up to one day. We minimise downtime to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
Will my existing data be migrated to the cloud?
Yes, we carefully migrate all of your existing data to the cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Will I receive training on the new system?
Yes, we provide a mini-training session to orient your users on the new interface.
What about the reports I used to run in the desktop version?
While not all old reports are available right now in the cloud version, the team is working hard to make sure that these are all incorporated within a few months. The remaining reports are rarely used in any case, and client special requests will of course be considered when determining the priority of releasing specific reports.
What if I use a less common payroll system?
Our consultants will advise you on payroll integration. Several payroll systems are already integrated, and we’ll investigate any special cases to ensure a smooth transition.
What happens if I delay migrating?
The rollout to all EasyRoster customers will be offered in waves, so if you want to get early access to the new version now is the time to express interest. Plus, all new features and innovation will be focused on the cloud version.
